Self-hosting

Your agents, on your infrastructure.

Run all of Structrl on your own servers, in your own network, or on a laptop. Your code, your models and your audit trail never leave your control, and it works fully air-gapped.

Free for one person. Team licenses are coming soon.

On your laptop

The desktop app runs Structrl in Docker on your computer: pick a folder with your repositories and a local model, and press Start. Nothing leaves the machine.

  • Local git repositories, no code host needed
  • Local models, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint
  • Works offline after the first start
Run it on your computer

On your servers

One command installs the whole platform with Docker Compose, generates its secrets and waits until it's ready. Put your own TLS proxy in front and you're live.

  • Linux with Docker; 4 vCPU and 8 GB RAM to start
  • Upgrades roll back if the new version doesn't start
  • One-command backups of data and keys

Air-gapped

Download the images and sandbox stacks once while online, then disconnect. Agents run on your own GPUs and license keys are verified without calling home.

  • No outbound connection required
  • Telemetry is off unless you opt in
  • Offline-signed license keys
Offline setup

Quick start

Running in minutes.

The installer creates the configuration with generated secrets, pulls the images and starts everything. Open the app and create the first account: it becomes the admin.

# Linux or macOS (Windows: ./install.ps1)
git clone https://github.com/structrl-app/structrl-releases.git structrl
cd structrl && ./install.sh

# Your own repositories and a local model
./install.sh --local --ollama

Editions

Single player is free. Teams get a license.

One product and one set of images: the license key decides what an installation can do. Upgrading never needs a reinstall or a data migration.

Questions

Self-hosting, answered.

Is self-hosted Structrl free?

For one person, yes: the Community edition is free forever, with unlimited projects and runs. Team licenses are coming soon; join the waitlist to hear when.

Does a self-hosted install call home?

No. License keys are verified offline against a public key built into Structrl, and anonymous telemetry is off unless an admin opts in. Your code, prompts and audit trail stay on your infrastructure.

What do I need to run it?

Linux, macOS or Windows with Docker and Compose 2.24 or newer. For a team server, 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 40 GB of disk is a comfortable start, plus a GPU if you want to run models locally.

What happens when a license expires?

You get renewal warnings for 30 days before, and a grace period after. Only after that does the installation become read-only until a renewed key is applied. Your data is never deleted.

Bring Structrl in-house.

Install it free as one person today. When your team joins, we'll issue a license key that works offline.
